I am a practicing neonatologist in Austin, Texas. Since 2000, I have performed hundreds of circumcisions over the course of my training and career. When I was expecting the birth of my son, I searched for mohel services in Austin, only to find that there were very few options.

I wanted to help other Jewish families in the Austin area by providing the opportunity to have a local mohel. After consulting with the senior rabbi at our family's synagogue, Congregation Beth Israel, I decided to become certified as a mohelet and to offer my services to the Austin Jewish community.
